location is good near to subway and the shopping mall ; the check in staff is friendly ; the housekeeper is fine but miss out the floor map everyday when cleaning the room
long waiting time for the life especially during the peak hours - need to wait for 5-10minbefore can catch a lift to go down ; lots of local tourist and they do not Quene for the lift - just push and squeeze in ; the lighting at the corridor is dim; time to upgrade the toilet ; wifi is not working and when we file a complaint - first respond will come to check; we are busy sightseeing so did not have time for this but there isn't any follow up to ask about this - they assume all works out .
