Apartamento com boa Localização para acessar de uber os bairros, vista para o mar, silencioso, arejado, segurança, utensilios de cozinha de boa qualidade, colchões, roupa de cama e banho, proximidade de serviços de alimentação e praia, guarda-roupa para acomodar as vestimentas. Máquina de lavar foi muito útil. Limpeza do apartamento e do prédio, sistema de coleta de lixo do prédio, cordialidade do zelador e cordialidade do proprietário.
Registro do banheiro com vazamento, portaria eletrônica externa com defeito.
