Tell us a really good value, the location and the view is great. However the staff need to be trained properly, the internet and the television don't work and they don't answer the phone or email or text, just really almost no staff present, so if something isn't working you're on your own , it won't be fixed.

I didn't like the fact that I couldn't contact the staff at all, they were never there and when they were problems, which there were, they were never resolved because there was no staff there to take care of the television or the wi-fi. They don't clean the rooms , they only clean when you leave so that's okay but he should be there to provide service when you're a guest . They don't answer the phone they don't answer text messages or email, and the office hours say 9:00 to 5:00 but nobody's there ever the rare time that I did find somebody she was untrained and very unintelligent

Quiet, despite being close to a major road. Booking.com had bobbled our reservation dates and sent the property a date that was one day off our confirmation. This lead to some room confusion with another couple (which was ultimately humorous). The hotel responded well (we were able to show that our Booking.com confirmation was for the correct day and Booking.com was showing the hotel the wrong day) and sorted everything out quickly.

the room set up was great - really cute touches and appreciated things like USB hub on the nightstand.

real sugar (vs. stevia and other sweeteners). it would be helpful to have directions on how to use the fireplace and how to lock the door. we figured it all out, but a quick tip sheet would be useful
