Great building ! Very modern , had a great coffee room on the building where the swimming pool is and you can grab complimentary coffee from 8am until 2pm. Free parking on site. The apartment had a great kitchen with all appliances. Love the fact it had its own big new washer and dryer inside the closet, very convenient. It was amazing that we had waking distance less than 3mins while food supermarket and many other shops and restaurants . Great area . This was my second time staying in this apartment. I totally recommend it

The building was amazing , brand new construction, high ceilings and incredible amenities . Walking distance to Whole Foods and other shops and restaurants . Midtown is a great area .

Excellent stay at this place. The apartment was extremely comfortable, impeccably clean, and very spacious. The bed was incredibly comfortable. It’s located in a beautiful building with great amenities, including a pool, a business center, a free parking. The apartment is in a lovely neighborhood in Midtown Tampa, close to restaurants and stores, and very convenient if you need to visit Tampa General Hospital. The host was amazing, super kind, very responsible, and always quick to respond to my messages. I would definitely come back to this place.
