We love Arabian Ranches - the community is green and spacious, close to amenities, lovely pool. Very quiet, safe and friendly neighbourhood. The house was spacious also, with most of what you need for a comfortable stay. Communications with the hosts were friendly, easy and efficient. Neutral decor generally. Very comfortable beds and lovely clean crisp bedding.
For the money it is expensive and quite basic; the garden was untidy; the car port was dirty; there was no dishwasher; kitchen was nice but range of equipment and utensils limited - for example: no colander, cheese grater, etc, and a broken drawer Also, we prefer to have a walk in shower - the baths had showers over but cheap plastic shower curtains. Expected more for a quite expensive property.

I had a great experience staying in this villa. It was very clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent—peaceful, convenient, and close to everything we needed. The outdoor area was beautiful and perfect for relaxing, with plenty of space to sit and enjoy the surroundings. The host was friendly and helpful, which made the whole stay even better. I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay again.
