Friendly stuff. Good location. Clean room.
We ordered a deluxe double room, but in fact it was a budget double room. In fact it is too small for 2 people. I recommend the owner to remove the word "deluxe" from the offer.

Clean room, comfortable bed
Location wasn't great. Dark and not very clean outside. Two flights of stairs to the room. Doors didn't look secure, looked like it had been forced open and repaired

It was basic but had everything that we needed. We could walk to the Gateway of India / Sea front in about 25 mins
It was very basic getting into the property, especially at night.
Very small rooms. But they were very clean.
The staff were very helpful
