Tropical 1BR condo with pool & private lanai

We loved the large lanai and really appreciated the beach umbrella and chairs. It was also very nice to have a few basics in the kitchen (spices, oil etc.) so we didn’t have to shop for those.

better instructions for the TV would have been nice. There were a lot of remotes!

Everything about the experience and the condo was perfect. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and the hosts provided everything guests could ever want, from basics like spices, sugar, coffee filters, dishwasher detergent, and laundry detergent to less typical items like coolers, beach chairs, pool towels, and snorkel gear. The lanai was huge, with comfortable couches and chairs and beautiful mountain and lava flow views. We were there during a VERY windy week, but the L-shaped lanai still offered sufficient shelter from the NE trade winds. Finally, the binder in the unit provided very extensive and helpful suggestions for things to do, sights to see, and places to go. We LOVED our week in Waikoloa!

Really nothing. The refrigerator door needed to be pushed very firmly to close completely.
