Große Wohnung, große Tiefgarage mit zwei Plätzen. Lage im dritten Stock. Im Haus sehr ruhig. Straße kann man aber hören. Bushaltestelle 5 Minuten entfernt. Von dort in wenigen Minuten nach Sesimbra und in gut einer Stunde nach Lissabon für rund vier Euro. Wohnung ist schon älter aber gut renoviert und mit neuen Möbeln. Schöner großer Balkon mit toller Aussicht.
Die Abzugshaube muss erneuert oder repariert werden. Kaputte Lichter machen einen schlechten und unsauberen Eindruck. Bei Terminabsprachen ist Pünktlichkeit wichtig. Sonst ärgern sich die Gäste.
