The property was in a very nice neighborhood and the people who lived there were extremely nice and helpful. The location to things and restaurants is nice, you can walk to a lot of places. Parking for the beach is free as well, as long as you get there early.
The condo was dirty when we got there. The floor was not mopped, we ended up mopping it ourselves as well as vacuuming. The toilet in the master bedroom had pee on the seat and in between the seat and back. There was dust and webs everywhere. The garbage disposal was caked in brown gunk, which made it hard to clean my daughter’s items. There was hair on the floors in both bathrooms. It didn’t really affect our stay, we cleaned things ourselves but it would have been nice not to worry about this while enjoying the weekend. It could have definitely been cleaned better. Also the gate to the pool was continuously unlocked and opened, so that’s a safety hazard.
