The Gulf Shores Thing

Exceptionally clean. Well thought out comfort for guests. Coffee bar. Bottled water on counter. Granite countertops. Well stocked kitchen items with new appliances as well. Disposable razors and toothbrushes in bathroom drawer just in case. Beautifully decorated with colors perfect for seaside. Pool view was nice with a balcony to sit outside. Beach access for property across the street so not far at all. Beach wagon made available to carry beach stuff🥰

Walking across busy road to beach access. Wasn’t too bad during our stay because of off season. Walking up two flights of stairs to apartment. Good if you are looking to lose a couple of pounds. Stairs and decking are new so safe and clean🥰

The property was just lovely! Everything was very clean and well thought out and the condo had everything that we could need and more.

Nothing

It was in a good location of the beach and shops and restaurants the condo was great loved the adult and kids pools the condo had 2 bathrooms which was amazing when you have tonnage kids

The only negative thing was the 2 flight of stairs to get to the condo

The location was right across the street from the beach. Pool access was nice. Condo up to date and provided everything we needed for our stay. The individual parking spot was great. Provided all essentials for beach including wagon’ umbrellas’ and stuff for kids.

Very loud location with traffic, other tenants loud with one night a party going on all night which kept us up most of the night, dogs barking and early morning construction or maintenance on property including drilling on stairs. Found multiple nails in parking areas. Also dog poop on stairs in which we stepped in our first night there. One shower could not regulate temperature correctly. Either extremely hot or too cold. Luckily we had another bathroom with shower which was fine. Adult pool area loud as well.
