To begin, we had to wait in the rain at dusk ( 5.30lm) for 15 mins for keys to arrive when arrangements had been made to leave keys in designated spot at 3.30 pm. Apartment, Stained furniture, dishwasher was full of half cleaned dishes on arrival ( dishwasher powders dispenser broken)No hairdryer, no hanging space for clothes, location is on top of a indian takeaway shop and entrance to apartment is at the back of the shop which is untidy, many rubbish bins, long wet unkept grass and very steep, dangerous stairs ( non regulation height railings) to the only entry of the apartment. Broken windows, no bedside lamps, shower water runs i to tue hallway( hence lofting of linoleum) dryer was full of water in the condenser, overall very disappointing and poorly managed.
