Clean with lots of room, great shower.
It would be nice if there were two bedside tables and bed lights.

Location was handy to where we had to go to at Mount Cotton. Very clean. Big room and walk in wardrobe. We had access to the kitchen with a big fridge etc. We were very close to Victoria Point shopping precinct with many choices for dining in the evening. The photo below is us standing with our back to the lake which is adjacent to the eat street.
The breakfast was very basic with Weetbix and Allbran the only cereals offered. We just had a couple of pieces of toast as nothing else. Quiet most of the time except for Saturday night when the locals teens skateboarded up an down outside when I desperately wanted to go to sleep.

Cleanliness. Excellent bathroom . Comfortable bed.
No welcome or interaction with host. Everything a bit bare and basic. Key access a bit difficult. Self-serve breakfast basic and unimaginative; small individual container serves of spreads would be more hygienic than large jars used by everyone..
