This is a great budget option in Hanoi. The absolute highlight is the hostess — she is an incredibly pleasant and caring woman. Her warm hospitality and attention completely make up for any minor flaws of the place itself.
It is a simple budget accommodation, so there are a few rough edges and basic facilities, but honestly, the owner's kindness makes you forget them entirely.
