    Staff was very polite and helpful, process is very smooth and room quality and room is awesome, price is totally justified, jacuzzi room was great and exceptional, one of the best experience.

    This hotel is way below expectations for the price we paid. Once you’re in the room, there’s nothing else — no restaurant, no garden, no swimming pool, not even a proper reception area. The surrounding area doesn’t have any decent restaurants either. Staff weren’t welcoming. The location shown on agoda is also incorrect. For the same amount, you can find much better hotels in a good location. I’d recommend avoiding this place.

    Our experience at this hotel was disappointing overall. The location is quite poor, with unattractive surroundings and very limited options for good restaurants or places to visit nearby. From the outside, the property looks more like a lodge than a hotel. Although there is a lift available, there was no light in the lift area when we arrived, so we had to use the stairs instead. The lobby is small and cozy but not particularly impressive. At first glance, the room appeared to be good. However, upon closer inspection, we found a lizard hiding behind the sofa, which was completely unacceptable. When this was reported to the manager, it was removed, but there was little concern shown and no effort made to thoroughly inspect the rest of the room as requested. Unfortunately, during a further inspection, we discovered significant dust and dirt behind the drawers and in several corners of the room. The most disturbing finding was a used condom left in the room, which was extremely unhygienic and unacceptable for any hotel. We requested another round of cleaning, but our concerns did not seem to be taken seriously initially. The room was eventually cleaned, but there was no apology or acknowledgement of the inconvenience caused. The jacuzzi was also not properly cleaned and had hair and dirt in it. On the positive side, the shower was excellent, the AC worked well, and hot water was available throughout our stay. Breakfast was served in the room and the food was decent, although the options were limited. One positive aspect was that the hotel was flexible with the check-out timing. While there were a few good points, the cleanliness issues and lack of professionalism in handling guest concerns significantly affected our experience.
