Dinu is one man army and he is just awesome in his services. Very polite also. He is a treasure to the company. It was equally surprising to find a Keralaite in the hills.

It is a very comfortable stay and the staff Dino and Ashish are very supportive and helpful. The management somehow has not properly aligned the bookings and thus a number of guests' bookings were being cancelled on the fly. It was difficult seing family struggling to get rooms late evening even after having a confirmed reservation on Agoda. Even I had received a msg from the management that my booking is confirmed just for 1 day while on Agoda app I had made the booking for 2 days. If the management improves their reservation process then it is a good property to be at.

I think it was good experience at the price we had booked this for. Spacious rooms however no lifts so don't take upper floors if you have elderly or kids travelling. Cleanliness can be improved though. There have a buffet for each meal and no ala carte option available. Limited cafe/restaurant options available near the property.
Overall I am satisfied with the stay
