J5 HOTEL

I was initially very impressed with this hotel, but unfortunately, our checkout experience completely changed my opinion. Before allowing guests to check out, the hotel conducts a very detailed inspection of the room. During our inspection, staff discovered a few tiny gray spots on one of the bath towels and immediately sent a photo to the front desk. While we were waiting to check out, the front desk staff showed us the photo and questioned us about the stains in front of other guests, creating an unnecessarily embarrassing situation. There was even a discussion about whether we should be charged for the towel. Ultimately, they decided not to hold us responsible, but by that point, the damage had already been done. What should have been a simple, pleasant checkout turned into an uncomfortable and humiliating experience over a few minor spots on a towel. This is certainly not how paying guests should be treated, especially in front of other customers. Despite my positive initial impression, I would never return to this hotel. There are plenty of other accommodations in the area that understand hospitality and treat their guests with respect rather than making them feel like suspects over something so trivial.

The property is new and has almost all amenities required. though the back balcony view is facing public apartments and can see people living their day to day activities. the property doesn't have any restaurants or cafes and the neighbourhood doesn't seem to have that much either in the working distance... but if you can grab a cab, you can go good places within 10-15 min...

Extremely impressed with the cleanliness and the modernization of the building. The rooms are spacious (living room area, bathroom, and bedroom), very nice, modern, clean, and extremely comfortable. All in all, good value for money. Would highly recommend it.
