About this apartment rental
"Benvenuti" in our apartment located on the first floor of Building A, of the Sognu Di Rena residence in San Nicolao (Costa Verde).

Easy access to the first floor, comfortable (2 double bedrooms with storage, air conditioning in each room, new dry inertia radiators, new double glazing, blackout curtains...), bathroom with shower and toilet (new VMC), large terrace very well oriented (unobstructed view of the garden with trees), cozy, recent and modern interior decoration.
=THE RESIDENCE=
Of luxury, in a privileged setting, outdoor swimming pool (large pool, wading pool, showers), snack bar (May to September), direct access to the beach (pebbles), Mediterranean wooded park, private parking, bakery on site (June to September).

Ideal location on the east coast, close to all amenities (Auchan supermarket, butcher, pharmacy, tobacconist, post office), 500 m from the center of Moriani-Plage (all shops, restaurants and entertainment), airport 40min (24km),
Its location allows you to visit Corsica from the North or the South: equal distance from Saint Florent, Ile Rousse or Sari Solenzara, Porto-Vecchio.
=INCLUDED SERVICES=
-Check-in/out: arrival by key box, exit with concierge
-Concierge service: independent, on site, direct owner (except Vacanceole)
-Assistance: technical and quick troubleshooting on site during your stay
-Linen: up to 4 people for bedding, shower, dishes
- Cleaning: complete at the end of the stay (for the tenant at the end of the stay: gather laundry, sweep the floors, remove the rubbish)
=GETTING AROUND=
You arrive by air, we offer the option that makes the difference!
-Exit from Bastia airport, our VTC partner is waiting for you at the drop-off point (no need to pick up your rental car, we offer you ours parked at the residence).
-When you arrive at Sognu Di Rena, our concierge team will carry out an inventory of the vehicle and give you the keys for the duration of your stay (Renault Scenic 3 DCI 130ch Bose Edition).
-For the return to the airport, it is again our VTC partner who will take you there.
