Quiet, safe neighborhood in Mt. Juliet! Private space! Cute, studio style downstairs apartment w private entrance w all the amenities needed including heat/air, cable TV and high speed internet. Full kitchen, washer/dryer. 2 beds - 1 bedroom & another bed in open living space. Nice, quiet patio, with relaxing, tranquil wooded backyard, grill and picnic area! A short 18 miles from downtown Nashville & within a mile from many restaurants, shopping, parks & Tennessee must-see's. See notes....
The Space:
Please note that this is an entirely separate downstairs apartment with its own entrance. There is no access between the upstairs and downstairs spaces. The upstairs is a ranch style house also available on Airbnb. There is also an apartment in an unattached garage apartment on the 3 acre property. Thanks! Jay
Guest Access:
Guests have total access to the entire studio apartment, which has its own entrance. The 3 acre wooded yard is shared with other guests.

The Neighborhood:
Mt. Juliet is a gem of a Tennessee small town, home of Charlie Daniels and many other music greats! Hillview Drive is one of the quietest, safest neighborhoods anywhere! Great people and close to lots of shops and restaurants in Mt. Juliet.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that this is an entirely separate downstairs apartment with its own entrance. There is no access between the upstairs and downstairs spaces. The upstairs is a ranch style house also available on Airbnb. There is also an apartment in an unattached garage apartment on the 3 acre property. Thanks! Jay
Hunting: We do not permit hunting of any type of either property and in fact consider the farms to be Tennessee Wildlife Preserves. However, you could hear occasional gunfire off in the distance because hunting is legal in Tennessee and is an integral part of the Tennessee heritage and culture.
Interaction with Guests:
Our policy is not to interact with guests but we are available if and when needed.
