Please note that this listing isn’t exactly as advertised. The view out the front windows is great. However, the view out the side windows, toward the ferris wheel, overlooks an unsightly roof, which is not shown in the photos. The construction of the unit is poor, as you can hear every step of the renters of the floor above you. The week we stayed, we happened to have very loud renters above us that stayed up and partied until the early morning hours. They were impossible to drown out, no matter how many white noise machines we used. Quiet hours are supposed to be from 11pm-8am each night, but there is no one onsite to enforce them. Renters are not supposed to hold open the main door to the building for loiters, but we often found the main door propped open with a traffic cone. Again, there was no one there to enforce the rules. Other renters had propped open an emergency-only door straight from N. Ocean Blvd up the stairs to the rental units. This is not allowed, but since no one onsite enforces the rules, it was done everyday. One night we had a very drunk person banging on our door very aggressively at 2:15am. They did not go away for over 30 minutes, when I finally called 911. We did email the property manager during the week, but received no responses. Finally, we didn’t get our door code until 4:45pm instead of 4:00pm. This typically would not bother us, but after a week of dodging loiters and very loud neighbors, it really did set a bad tone for the trip.
