About this house rental
Spacious and family-friendly, this 4-bed Doraville home sleeps 8 and gives everyone room to relax. Enjoy a fun game room, a fully stocked kitchen, and cozy gathering spaces. Minutes from Buford Highway’s incredible dining and quick MARTA access to Atlanta, it’s the perfect home base for families wanting comfort, convenience, and easy city adventures. Located near DeKalb-Peachtree Airport, the area offers easy travel access and a lively, urban feel. Thoughtful touches throughout the home ensure a relaxing, memorable stay for all.
RULES & POLICIES:
Our offices are in the basement and garage. You may see some of our staff from time to time, it should not affect your stay.
Guests that have booked a stay have agreed to the house rules:
- Please be courteous of surrounding neighbors. We have cultivated a strong relationship to continue to host Airbnb guests. For noise / neighbor complaints guests will be fined or asked to leave the property without a refund.
- Guests must be over the age of 25.
- No parties &/or events, glitter, tape, or confetti.
- No smoking (vaping) or open flames of any kind. This includes incense.
- Please no loud music or noise after 10 PM.
- Please make sure ALL guests are registered. No photoshoots filming projects unless agreed upon when booking.
ADDITIONAL RULES
- Guests will be charged for missing or stained bath towels, comforter, sheets, or pillows.
REMINDER - Security cameras/audio recording devices are located on the exterior of the property.
We attempt to properly maintain the vacation rental. The vacationer agrees to immediately notify the owner of any maintenance problem so that the situation can be remedied as soon as possible. The owner is not responsible for any inconveniences that may occur for which he has no control. This includes, but is not limited to: power outages, adverse weather conditions, mandatory evacuation, construction, mechanical failure such as pool, hot tubs, television, etc. Owner shall not be held liable for any injuries that may occur to Vacationers or their guests as a result of the acts of said Vacationers and guests. The owner is not responsible for any theft or damage to vacationer’s belongings during their stay at the vacation rental. By booking this rental, you agree to all the terms listed here.
