This modern, bright, and thematically decorated new Art Apartment features artwork by the artist Sabine Körner. Spacious and comfortable, it offers barrier-free access with no steps. The apartment includes two bedrooms with double beds (180x200 cm), two smart TVs, a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower, a generous central living and dining area with a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy living room with direct access to a furnished terrace (complete with a beach chair). Private parking is available directly at the building. A utility room is equipped with a washing machine, dryer, vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and cleaning supplies.
