Newly built over several bungalows, villa CAPTIVA celebrates luxury in a fantastic graphic color symmetry. The villa s architecture showcases perfect proportions, creating beautiful spaces where guests experience its most harmonious design. Leading onto the terrace, the living area features a lounge with white sofas reflecting the vaulted ceiling, contrasting with the darker hues on the carpets and walls. You ll find the indoor dining area close to the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. At the rear, a well-appointed office with a great library is at your disposal, and upstairs, a mezzanine with a TV offers a highly private atmosphere for delightful movie nights.
At the front of the living room, the terrace opens onto the heated infinity pool accessible via three steps. Sun loungers line the poolside, along with the outdoor shower to cool off at any time, as well as close to the overflow waterfall. Under the covered area, you ll find the outdoor lounge and al fresco dining area, the best place to enjoy the gentle trade winds. Just below, you ll marvel at the palm-shaded beach and private dock: a charming and very private paradise where the sparkling beauty of St-Barts is revealed.
Villa CAPTIVA consists of five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a TV and en-suite bathroom. Four bedrooms, each with a queen-size bed facing the ocean, are set in separate bungalows with terraces, accessible by stairs. Along a stone path, you ll find another bungalow with garden-view bedrooms, connected and furnished with one queen-size bed and the other with four bunk beds, with a private terrace. The decor is elegant and refined, with striking white and deep-black tones, creating a peaceful ambiance. And on the lower level beneath the pool, a fully equipped fitness room is also available.
