Each bedroom has its own large flat screen TV.

As the pleasant memories remain so very fresh of the house in Naples Park, I am pleased to submit a review of my multi-week stay. The background on this property is that it was originally built in the 80s, but in the past year has undergone a complete renovation. The result is a modern, 2 BR, 2 bath home equipped with all the conveniences, fixtures, and amenities a new home would feature.This is not a ‘McMansion’ re-build, but rather an inviting 1,000 square foot living arrangement. This home includes an incredible and roomy backyard featuring a heated pool, spa and entertainment/relaxation area. With Sonos audio availability built into the ceilings (and patio area) plus four separate TVs (including one next to the pool), this house is designed for comfort and entertainment.Of course, Naples isn’t a place to spend all your time in a house or private pool. This quiet and very safe residence is located within a few blocks to the beaches. It’s located less than a mile to the famous Mercado shopping and dining area. Downtown 5th Street is 20 minutes to the south on Hwy 41. Multiple grocery stores are very near. Add it all up and this house is centrally located to ‘everything’ that is appealing to any Naples visitor/family.Finally, the host and owner of this property (James) is the best host you’ll ever find. That sounds like hyperbole. Trust me; you’ll never come across a more welcoming host, whose number one priority is for you and your family to have the best time ever.
