As always, Pinkie was on the prowl for the perfect guest nest…one that can truly deliver an over-the-top vacation experience.
You've waited long enough! New owners have spared no expense to create the ultimate venue for your group. Pinkie could not get over how primo this location was…Just 1 block off the beach and within 5 minutes of all of the shopping and dining in Destin. Cobia Street was definitely more relaxed and less crowded than some of the other streets in this zone. White picket fences popped up sporadically in various yards and flowering trees graced the landscape. Coastal Cove at 91 Cobia St in Crystal Beach is a culmination of vision…designed to deliver a cool and classy coastal setting where friends and families could mingle…now your beach vacation dream come true!

Amazing house! Easy walk to the beach! Loved having the beach chairs and floaties we could use.Overall it was clean! Although there were a few plastic shot glasses left laying around when we got there. The house/doors weren’t sealed very well either. The doors that led outside in the bedrooms allowed bugs and flies to get through when shut.

Nicely decorated home comfy, and close to the beach. The only complaints I have was the condensation from the ac vents and the master bedroom mattress has a slop at the headboard.

We had a good time with a large group at the property. It was clean, updated, and conveniently located. We enjoyed the pool and pickleball court. Better blinds would be good for blocking light / privacy. There were also some property management issues that needed addressed and were disappointing for amount we paid: grass/weeds not mowed around pool, broken tile on patio, video game didn’t work, no k cup coffee maker as advertised, propane tank with the grill ran out of gas after 5 minutes and spare tank was empty.

We really enjoyed the house, its backyard had been mowed in a while but we were at the beach and on the water most of the time. We brought our own pickleball net and floats for the kids since we were told they were not provided but they were there after all. It seems like it was a real nice property but it has been slightly neglected. We had a great time overall and liked the property but we packed way more than we needed to due to miscommunication. Also of note: There were a ton of high school/college kids driving/walking up and down the road leaving beer cans in most of the lawns.
