Guests at Surf 331 enjoy full access to the luxurious amenities of Surf Residences (a 6 seater golf cart included) and the broader Punta Mita community. Whether it’s unwinding at the beach clubs, catching waves at La Lancha, or taking a leisurely stroll through tropical surroundings, every experience is designed to enhance your stay in this stunning coastal retreat.
The Neighborhood:
Several popular spots are just minutes from the property. The famous La Lancha surf beach is within walking distance—just a short 5-minute stroll away. You can also reach the Punta Mita Village, where you'll find restaurants, shops, and local cafés, in about 10 minutes by golf cart. For a more upscale experience, El Surf Club, Kupuri Beach Club, Sufi Ocean Club, and Pacifico Beach Club are also nearby and reachable within 5–15 minutes by golf cart.
Golf carts are the preferred and most convenient way to get around the Punta Mita area.
Getting Around:
Exploring Punta Mita is both easy and enjoyable, since we have a 6 seater golf cart included, and also the community features scenic biking and walking trails, immersing you in the area's natural beauty at every turn. A short drive connects you to the region’s best surf spots, beach clubs, and dining options, ensuring you make the most of your stay without hassle.

A refundable security deposit of one night will be charged at check-in.

Cancellation Policy:
1. For any new confirmed reservation, you can cancel within 24 hours of booking and receive a full refund, excluding payment processing fees. 2. After that period, cancel at least 30 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Head over to your online Rental Specialist to request your refund. Festive Seasons: For any reservation during festive seasons (including Thanksgiving Week, Christmas Week, New Year’s Week, Mexican Holy Week, and Easter Week), cancel at least 60 days before check-in and receive a refund in your original form of payment, minus the booking fee and associated taxes. Contact your Rental Specialist.
