Fees & Policies
Check-in from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM. Valid photo ID and credit card required at arrival. A refundable incidental deposit may be required. The property is non-smoking; service animals only. Free self-parking for one vehicle is included. Local lodging/transient occupancy taxes, resort fees, and other charges apply and will be collected at or before check-in unless included in your reservation.

Items to note:
- The bed layout in the bedroom can vary- it will either be a king or two double beds, plus a sleeper sofa. If you need a specific bed layout, please put in a request with the resort 2 weeks prior to your stay.
- All units are subject to a transient occupancy tax due at the time of check-in at the resort. Please contact the resort for the exact daily amount.
- Smoking Policy: All guest suites are non-smoking. Smoking products of any kind, including, but not limited to, any electronic smoking devices, are not permitted. Please understand that you will be charged a cleaning fine of $500 as a result of any damage caused by smoking inside guest suites.
- Please note that every attempt will be made to accommodate requests for suite location and early arrivals; however, these requests are based on availability and occupancy. Unfortunately, the resort is unable to guarantee room location.
- Minimum age requirement for check-in is 21 years of age.
- Pets are not permitted. This is strictly enforced, with the exception of working Service Animals as defined by the ADA. Certified Support and Therapy Animals are not allowed.
- Stays under 7 nights may incur an additional fee at check-in.
