Very private quiet residential neighborhood Craftsman home in Emeryville, with fully enclosed yard.
2 bedroom (with Queen beds); 1 full bathroom (with full tub) house. 1 air mattress (3rd bed) available, upon request.
Great for families or traveling professionals who work from home with pets. Gas range; washer & dryer in unit. Tandem driveway off-street parking that fits 2+ cars.
If staying with animals, the nightly pet fee covers a mandatory monthly cleaning service.

Centrally located with access to all major Bay Area highways nearby and minutes from San Francisco Bay Bridge; close to supermarkets, farmer's markets, restaurants, UC Berkeley, beautiful outdoor hiking paths and local hospitals for traveling first responders.
All driveable and bikeable; or walkable to local spots as close as a few blocks away.

Guests have full private access to entire space during their stay. While we understand that service animals may be needed, the space is not ADA compliant due to the stairs, age of the design, and restrictions from the original building layout.
Other things to Note
House has an open gas fireplace, so please be mindful of children near it.
Please be mindful of neighbors by breaking down your boxes and throwing trash out throughout your stay; please do not let it collect and dump it in the yard the night before departure. The cleaning fee covers the general preparation of the interior space. Any excessive cleanup will be charged extra.
While pets are welcome, basic mindful ownership is expected. The nightly pet fee covers additional cleaning of the inside of the house. Any debris or other matter left in the yard will be charged separately for cleanup and disposal, as that is managed by the landscaping company.
Please clean up after your pet and dispose of pet waste in the trash bin regularly (and before your departure) for pickup by the weekly disposal service company.
Please bring a pet bed or whatever else your furry friend might need to be comfortable, as pets are not allowed on the furniture.
