Please be aware that our home, like many downtown residences, is under the airport flight path. You may experience aircraft noise. To ensure a peaceful night, departures are prohibited from 11:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m.

Other Things to Note:
• Please be aware that this home, like many downtown residences, is under the airport flight path. You may experience aircraft noise. To ensure a peaceful night, departures are prohibited from 11:30 p.m. until 6:30 a.m.
• 2 night minimum stay.
• Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book.
• Parking: There is driveway parking.
• Smoking, pets and events/parties are not permitted.
• Pack n' play and high chair available for rent - $25 each plus tax
• As part of our standard verification process, we kindly request that the guest signs an additional agreement and verifies ID. Your comfort and security are important to us.
• Unit comes equipped with a pour over coffee maker.
• Payment terms vary by booking channel. When processed through platforms that allow us to manage payment directly, a 10% deposit is taken at booking, with the remaining balance automatically collected after the cancellation period, as outlined in the cancellation policy. For channels where we do not manage payment, the full reservation amount is due at the time of booking.
