Featuring a well-equipped kitchen, entertainment options, and comfortable amenities for the homebody, chef, sport spectator, and kid at heart, everyone will enjoy this vacation-like home rental. Your Host is available by phone and text, from 9 am-10pm and 24 hours for emergencies.

An increased cleaning fee may apply for longer stays and groups exceeding 6 people. Repeat guests enjoy special discounts.
The home is located in a generally quiet, relaxed, military community. All bedrooms are located on the second floor, with a half bath located on the 1st floor. If you have special requests, we are here for it! A Christmas tree is included in the month of December unless you don`t wish to have one.

No pets without approval/vet records required
Pets cannot be left alone in the home (even in crates)
No beverages except water upstairs
No unauthorized guests overnight
Do not tamper with WIFI router
Do not tamper with fire extinguishers to avoid $250 service charge
Guests must present ID prior to check in
Keep windows closed except in the event of emergency
Children must be under supervision at all times
Gather towels and used linens
Clean dishes prior to check out
Keep patio furniture covered when not in use and before check out
Return all outdoor games to storage
Return all indoor games, books, video games, to their original location.
Gatherings are allowed with Host permission.
