Cocoonr offers you this charming 41 m² maisonette in Nouvoitou to rent for up to 2 people.
It comprises a pretty 25 m² living room with fitted kitchen, a lovely bedroom, a shower room and a garden of around 300 m². Wifi (fibre optics), bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 25 m² living room with TV, sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- Bathroom with shower and WC
For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: washing machine, fan, iron.
Outside:
- A beautiful enclosed and private garden of 300 m², and a terrace with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.
The house is ideally located in Nouvoitou, in very pleasant surroundings. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the house's private car park.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- Nearest train station and airport: Rennes about 15 km away
