This lovely 2 story townhouse is nestled in a quiet golf community with a direct view of the 8th hole of Glen Lakes Golf Club, a public 27 hole course. Within 3 mi of Tanger Outlet Mall, OWA and SO MANY restaurants. Just 8 mi from Orange Beach.

Airports include Pensacola (33 mi) and recently opened Gulf Shores (9 mi)!
The space
This 2 storied townhouse shares a wall with the townhouse on the left side, owned by the nicest retired couple. The entire neighborhood has been a retirement community for those that love golf. Lately some younger families have moved in. But it still has that peaceful, relaxed environment, where people care about each other.
The top floor of the townhouse has 2 bedrooms with queen sized beds, a full bathroom for each bedroom, an open plan living room and dining room, and a full kitchen. There is a large deck off the primary bedroom and living room for enjoying the views of the golf course.
The bottom floor is an open space for playing cards, watching TV and doing laundry. Off the main area is a spare bedroom, used as an office, a full bathroom with jacuzzi tub/shower, a kitchenette and a wine closet with mini fridge. The washer and dryer are tucked away in a large closet.
The garage has a brand new epoxy floor and plenty of storage, and even a workbench.
There is plenty of parking. You can fit 2 smaller cars end to end inside the garage. There is also parking available in front of the townhouse. Do not park in the numbered spaces of the neighborhood.
There are many plants in the yard, including fruit trees. The landscaping and lawn care are professionally cared for by the HOA.
Guest access
There is a push-button lock on the front door. The code will be given to you just prior to check in. A spare set of keys for your usage will be on the kitchen counter.
You will also be given a garage door clicker.
Other things to note
The garage is heated and cooled. So close the garage door when not in use.
The townhouse shares a wall with another unit. There is some significant sound proofing in that wall! The sweet couple next door didn’t hear us hanging pictures late at night!
