A beautifully updated ocean-view wellness home in Summerland with an infrared sauna, hot tub, and EV charger — California-chic interiors, 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6 above the Pacific. Perched on the hillside with the whole coastline unrolled below, the SeaSpa is exactly what its name promises: a private spa that happens to come with sweeping ocean views. Watch sailboats trace the horizon from the terraced backyard by day; by night, move from infrared heat to a starlit soak while the waves keep time below. It's the recovery weekend that doesn't require a resort.
THE SPACE. Inside, the home is crisp, modern California-chic — an easy, light-washed living space, a well-stocked kitchen, three restful bedrooms, and two updated baths with spa-inspired bath kits and eucalyptus touches. But the hillside is the headline: a terraced backyard stepping down through panoramic view decks, lounge seating, and a BBQ zone positioned for grilling against a postcard. Every level of the yard frames the water a little differently; you'll find your favorite by day two.

Communication was excellent. The propane tanks were empty except for one but the valves would not turn on the table or bbq pit. Couldn’t get the jacuzzi to turn on. Handheld in both showers did not work. Plug outlet did not work in secondary bathroom. Master shower curtain did not cover entire shower making it hard to keep water from spraying on floor. We suggest instruction booklet and check out requirements such as towels should go in the washer, strip beds? Run dishwasher before leaving? Overall, the property was cozy and we had a great time and will book again. Our host, Aiden was wonderful!
