It includes 6 BR/6.5 BA, a heated indoor pool, movie theater room, hot tub, fireplace, game room with pool table, and plenty of space for your entire group! There are multiple decks with outdoor seating, high speed Wi-Fi, games and sleeping for up to 12 guests!

* We provide a starter set of toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and all-natural soaps/shampoos and detergents. If you are staying for an extended period, you may need to purchase (or bring) additional items.
* We have partnered with BabyQuip - the #1 baby equipment rental service and marketplace. BabyQuip offers rentals for your trip, including Cribs, Strollers, High Chairs, Toys/Games, Bouncers, Health and Safety Items, Outdoor Items, and More! Ask us for more information!
* We are unable to provide refunds due to weather or weather-related conditions, power outages, road conditions, or acts of God. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances. Four-wheel drive is recommended in winter conditions.
* We are unable to provide a late check-out without written approval. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $100.00 for each half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.
** This property has an outside security camera at the front door/main entrance.
*There is a strict no-smoking policy. This includes inside the cabin and on the patio/decks. There is also a strict no-pet policy. Any guests violating these rules will be assessed an additional $500 cleaning fee.

The air wasnt working on the main floor. I sent an email and they never even responded. Bedroom 1 didnt have a remote for the tv. The pool sticks didnt have chalk so you couldn't play pool very well. The darts were broke for the dart board. There were light bulbs out that needs to be replaced. The tvs need to be higher because you cant see the tv in bed. There was no way of doing dishes in the sink the stopper was broke. We had a good time but the air shouldve been addressed. We were sweating trying to cook and clean. For the money we spent we shouldnt be sweating while cooking or sleeping.
