• Guest Limit: Maximum of 12 guests per stay. This includes both overnight and visiting guests, as well as children ages 3 and older.
• Amenity passes available for purchase:
$8–$10/day or $30–$50/week per person (depending on season/holiday)
• Pet-friendly: up to 4 pets ($150 per pet, non-refundable)
• Full payment required 5 days before check-in for direct bookings
🪪 Government ID required for non-Airbnb bookings.
💰 Reservations made outside Airbnb must be paid in full at least 5 days prior to check-in.

-IDs and security deposits when applicable will be requested after booking
