The formal living room flows seamlessly into the family room, which offers seating for six with a couch, loveseat, and chair, plus a large smart TV and a gas fireplace. A large sliding glass door opens to the backyard, where 80–100-year-old oak trees and lush landscaping create a serene, picturesque view.
The kitchen overlooks the family room and backyard, with bar seating for four and ample counter space. It’s fully equipped with new stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher.
