Step inside and feel right at home in this warm and inviting cabin. With 4 spacious bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, it comfortably accommodates families and groups.

Security & Monitoring The property is equipped with 1 security camera:
• Front of the house, like the porch or the parking area.
Camera record 24/7 for your safety.
Please note:
• Weather Check: Be sure to check weather conditions for Big Bear before your visit. Snow chains, winter boots, and extra layers may be necessary in colder months.
• Trash: We kindly request that guests take out the trash upon departure.
• Heating & Cooling: The cabin has central air conditioning and heating
• No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited on the property.
• We do not allow party speakers, DJ, karaoke
• No music outside at all times
• No fireworks
• No unauthorized guests without letting the host know
• No shampoos, lotions or bath bombs are allowed inside the hot tub
Hosts and owners are not responsible for your or your guests' safety inside or outside the property. You understand the risk of drowning in the hot tub and take full responsibility. Children should not be left unattended in the backyard or near the hot tub at any time.
Local Compliance: This property has special local compliance requirements, including a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a $1,500 security hold (not a traditional deposit, just a pending transaction).
Damage Waiver (Optional):
• Up to 10 nights: $59
• 11–20 nights: $59 + $4/night over 10 nights
• Over 20 nights: $200 + $4/night over 20 nights
