About this apartment rental
Magnificent 2-bedroom apartment of 66 m² in the Haut Marais district, for 6 people. 2nd floor, no elevator:
Hallway with console table and storage area
Fully equipped open kitchen with combo oven/microwave, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator, stovetop, kettle, coffee maker, teapot, and everything you need for cooking.
Living room with sofa bed for two, coffee table, armchairs, HD TV, and internet access. Window overlooking the street.
Dining area with table and six chairs.
Bedroom with a 180 x 200 cm bed and dressing room. Window overlooking the street.
Ensuite shower room with walk-in shower, sink, and hairdryer.
Second bedroom with a 160 x 200 cm bed and dressing room. Window overlooking the courtyard.
Second bathroom with walk-in shower, double sink, and storage space. Adjoining the second bedroom.
Separate toilet with hand basin.
Linens are provided (sheets and towels). Iron and ironing board. Electric heating. Air conditioning.
Please note:
- Check-ins are available at no extra charge from Monday to Saturday between 2 p.m. and 8 p.m. Between 8 p.m. and 10 p.m., there is a €35 surcharge. Between 10 pm and midnight, there is a €50 surcharge.
- For arrivals on a Sunday or public holiday, there is a €35 surcharge.

Washer/dryer combo was not very clear even with with the video. These are not around in the United States. The one hour express wash/dry ended with wet clothes.

The apartment is very nicely updated. The beds are super comfy. It is stocked with the amenities you need when on vacation. The washer/dryer was a great addition and the host provided laundry sheets - very nice. It is situated very close to the M4 metro line, lots of restaurants and shopping. The downside - we had 5 people and ran out of hot water daily. That was a bit of a bummer. I specifically selected this apartment due to the 2.5 bathrooms. In America that would be 3 toilets. There was only 1. But - in re-reading the description, it never said 3 toilets. I assumed two bathrooms plus a half bath equaled 3 toilets. We managed fine. Overall the apartment worked well for our needs and I would stay again.
