This small house is a completely restored old storeroom, on 3 levels, in the charming hamlet of Les Celliers.
It is accessed by an external stone staircase. It offers all the comforts in small, well-thought-out spaces.
The small living room/kitchen offers a small table and a small sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a kitchen with dishwasher, hob and oven.
The upper bedroom offers a large bed 160x200cm. The downstairs bedroom is equipped with 2 bunk beds (90x200 cm).
Outdoor spaces: a balcony opens onto the landscape and a beautiful wooden terrace of 30m2 and its small garden, adjoining the house, on the other side of the access road.
To park, you have a private parking space, for one vehicle only.
The environment offers beautiful views of the surrounding landscapes, mountains and the Lake of Serre-Ponçon.
The town of Embrun can be reached in 10 minutes and the small family resort of Crévoux is 12 minutes away. In summer, Crévoux is a magnificent place for walks and in winter, the alpine and Nordic ski resorts offer beautiful slopes in the larches!
