ENTIRE CHALET-STYLE TOWNHOUSE in the heart of Canmore. Welcome to this lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath home. Nestled in the Rocky Mountains & a short stroll from downtown, this air-conditioned chalet comes fully furnished & ready to enjoy!

The space
Welcome to our chalet-style, two-story townhouse, offering warmth, convenience, and a relaxing atmosphere for families and groups.
On the main floor, you’ll find a welcoming living room with a 9 ft ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, and a cozy dining area — perfect for cooking, dining, and gathering. The front door faces the community laundry room, swimming pool and hot tub, while the back door opens to the back lane for easy access. Beside the back door entrance is a secured ski equipment room with passkey access, providing a convenient place to store your gear.
Upstairs, the primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and a private ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom includes two double beds and boasts high ceilings, making it ideal for additional guests or children.
With central air conditioning, a thoughtful layout, and a peaceful neighborhood, this townhouse offers a relaxing and comfortable stay for all travelers. Let this be your perfect home base during your visit!

Private entry via Smart Lock to the townhome. Entire townhome is yours to enjoy!
Guests are free to take advantage of the resort's hot tub and heated pool ( passkey to access) which is open year-round. There are also communal BBQs and laundry facilities in the inner courtyard.

Parking Information
By condo regulation, each suite is entitled to one parking stall only. Guests must display the provided parking permit on their car dashboard at all times.
The parking permit is located on the workstation near the TV. Please remember to return it upon checkout. Otherwise it will incur some cost like $50 CAD to replace it from condo board.
There is a shared coin laundry right by this chalet in the hot tub and BBQ area of the court yard. Laundry detergent is provided in the chalet.
This unit features stairs. Guests should exercise caution when using the stairs, especially if they have mobility issues or are traveling with young children. The host is not responsible for any accidents or injuries related to stair use.

Beautiful place to home base while we explored this corner of Alberta. Home was clean and the neighbours were respectful and quiet. Great communication via the hosts but we had no need to contact them as everything went smooth as butter. My daughter loved the heated pool and having access to a hot tub and BBQs were great perks on this property. We would not hesitate to book again next time we are in Canmore. Thank you!
