Rather than furnishing for a rental, the home interior was professional designed by Sonya's Decor Uptown createing a collected, design-forward experience—layering textures, art, furnishings, lighting, and thoughtful details throughout to create a stay that feels truly luxurious yet comfortable. The home is retreat in historic Lincolnville that combines historic architecture, modern amenities while remaining walkable to Historic Downtown St. Augustine.

The open-concept living area was designed for gathering and relaxing, featuring comfortable seating, elevated finishes, Settle into a quiet, peaceful street (yes—sometimes you’ll hear church bells) and enjoy bright, fresh high-end interiors designed for relaxing after a day of exploring. Lounge with a movie on the 65” LG OLED Smart TV with the Dimplex fireplace for cozy night or step outside to the covered deck to unwind. A calm, curated retreat with high-end furnishings, layered lighting, and beautiful decor—perfect for families, couples, and work-friendly stays.

Off-street driveway parking that will accommodate two cars. There is also ample additional on-street parking (rare in the Old City.)

Entire home is yours—self check-in via smart lock. All interior spaces and driveway are private to your group.

Historic Lincolnville is one of St. Augustine’s most walkable neighborhoods, very safe, known for Victorian homes, tree-lined streets.The home is approximately a 10-15 minute walk to popular restaurants and Historic Downtown.
Beaches (St. Augustine Beach/Vilano) are a short drive.

Gorgeous house and very comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and neighborhood was quite and walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping etc. St Augustine was a great place to visit….friendly.

Beautiful home! This is probably the only time I’ve stayed in a vacation rental that actually lived up to the pictures. Very clean and beautifully decorated. It is small, but warm and welcoming. Perfect for 2 couples or a family of 4. Location is good. Quiet neighborhood. Felt safe. 20-30 minute walk downtown depending on where exactly you are going. Easy to get an Uber as well. Hosts were easy to communicate with and provided a digital guidebook with helpful info about the house and area. Enjoyed our stay!
