Off to the right is the first bedroom with views to the Viaduct Basin and access to the balcony, first bathroom and large laundry cupboard, next on the right is the master bedroom with walk-in robe and ensuite and access to the apartment length balcony and views . Off to the left is the second bedroom with access to the west balcony and views of Wynyard Quarter plus the second bathroom. Next is the media room/office which can be closed off from the main living spaces. Your steps take you into the open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas. This area runs the width of the building allowing you to take in the scenes from the harbour bridge on the west to viaduct basin including the Sky Tower and city scape views on the east.
The kitchen positioned between the lounge and the dining areas adds to the relaxed and easy living style of this apartment. It is fully kitted out with premium quality appliances, a chefs delight!

Pre - check in requirements: Before check -in, we will require a separate form to be fully completed with ID provided for the main guest. For payments made directly with Pillo, payment must be by the booker only and we require to sight the credit card used prior to check in.
We know you will be respectful of our property and the neighbours but we want to make it very clear to you BEFORE you book, the property & booking restrictions & policies. Building Management & security are on site 24/7.
Please be advised that for violations of the house and building rule(s) of this property, you agree to Airbnb charging you for the violations without your consent once we are able to provide valid documentation. All charges are + GST.
• NO PARTIES / GATHERING / EVENTS (formal or informal unless pre- approved by Pillo)
• NOISE AND BEHAVIOUR. Please be respectful of all residents in the building & surrounding area in terms of noise level & behaviour, including all areas inside, outside any balcony/deck, common areas & on the street. There is a noise CURFEW from 10pm to 9am.
• No illegal substances or activity are allowed
• No smoking, vaping or e- cigarettes
• CLEANING: The cleaning fee pays for a light clean & laundering of linen. Should the apartment require more than the standard clean, guests maybe charged extra for the cleaning and rubbish removal. including any carpet and or furniture cleaning.
• If an access keys and swipes (inc remotes) are lost or taken Building management and Pillo may charge for your re-entry and replacement costs
• NO PETS are allowed on the premises unless pre – approved by Pillo
• If using the additional facilities (eg, gym, business centre, cinema) you are fully liable and responsible for any charges relating to but not limited to any misuse, damage, lost or taken items that is a result of your (or anyone associated with you) use
• Sorry, this property cannot be used for receiving mail or packages

A refundable security deposit of NZD $800 (minimum) is required before arrival.
Smoking, vaping, or drug use is not permitted inside the suite or anywhere in the apartment, building, complex or balcony.
In the rare case of a noise complaint or evidence of smoking, an additional fee of up to NZD $500 may apply.
