What our guests love about our listing:

- Pet friendly home with a dog park on the other side of the road.
- Master and second bedrooms feature a king-size bed.
- 3rd bedroom is a queen, and we also have a super nice queen sized air mattress to use!
- Professionally decorated space with unique furnishings and warm ambiance.

What some guests may not like about our listing:
- townhouses sometimes have additional noise with neighbors. We haven't had anyone mention/complain about this yet, but it's still a potential.
- The neighborhood is new construction and during the day they are still building out about half of it. You'll notice dust and work noise when you go outside because of this, and likely will hear some from the living room and master bed.
Our house comfortably sleeps 9 with 2 king beds, 1 queen in the third room (upstairs), a queen sized air mattress, and a great oversized couch in the living room. The home occupancy permits 9 people. House is professionally cleaned between every stay.
Complimentary WiFi, live TV and coffee. The kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, stove and dishwasher along with glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery.
You will have access to the entire place during your stay!
We live about 25 minutes away from the property but have plenty of ways to help during your stay if needed. We have tried to make your stay as seamless as possible to make things easier for both parties.
*Cancellations* Please keep in mind that we do stick to the cancellation policy on our listing and we do not make exceptions. This includes for family emergencies, contract changes, travel delays etc (anything that is out of our control as the host). We strongly recommend getting travel insurance if you have concerns with this, as it is not expensive and provides you peace of mind.

This is a townhouse and is very nice, clean, and new. If you are light sensitive, light will come through the windows from the street lamps so bring a sleeping mask. The pool is not really that close and you'll have to walk so you'll want a cover of some kind. Great stay, fabulous location, and comfy beds!To our host not for public: Thank you for an awesome stay. The coffee maker leaks, fyi. It works but leaks onto your beautiful counters. Someone before us broke one of your lampshades in the living room. This was not us. Also, we noticed a little chip in the wall going upstairs, also not us. Thank you for letting us enjoy your cute place!!! Best wishes!

My wife and I spent 35 nights in this townhome and we found that it fit our needs perfectly. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals, the living room furniture was ideal, the master bed was very comfortable and communicating with the owners was super easy. It was also wonderful to have a garage. The highest compliment I can give is that we would gladly stay there again.
