The sea is undoubtedly the raison d’etre of this villa. It lies on the beach. Villa Donnalucata is a detached modern and completely fenced villa with a spacious garden of lawn and palm trees. It has been extremely well designed and provides the most comfortable, spacious site for a perfect holiday. It is an expansive house providing very high standard of accommodation.

Infact it is a great base as well from which to explore one of the best areas of Sicily with the amazing beaches of Donnalucata herself, Puntasecca, Marina di Ragusa and the beauties of Scicli, Modica and Ragusa. All these situations are less than half an hour driving and Noto with the Unesco World Heritage Center is only 55 km. Villa Donnalucata is ideal for a family or a small group of friends who want to enjoy each other’s company in perfect privacy and spend an unforgettable holiday in the beautiful Sicilian sea. Electricity is included in the price up to 300 kWh per week, and excess consumption will cost 0.50 Euro per kwh
