With a large modern kitchen, 5 spacious bedrooms and a terrace and private garden, it is the ideal setting for families, friends or for cycling and wine-tasting holidays in the Côte Chalonnaise.

The front gate opens on to a secure, private parking space giving way to the large terrace area with views over the valley beyond. Up a couple of steps to the right is the entrance porch to the house, with its original old wooden door.

Inside, the ground floor offers a bright, fully-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining room, featuring a large pantry and a dining table with comfortable seating for 12.
Adjacent to this main space is a classically styled lounge with original coving and panelling, furnished with an impressive array of antique furniture, art and comfortable seating all sourced in the local area with the added benefit of a wood burning stove for a cosy atmosphere on winter evenings.
A WC and Laundry room completes the downstairs accommodation.

On the first floor, you will find a large landing, leading to the first double bedroom and a separate Shower room with WC.

Through another door, a corridor leads to two further double bedrooms, one with its own ensuite bathroom.

Guests have use of the entire property's living area set over 3 floors and full private use of all outside areas.
Gated access from the street provides secure parking for a car whilst the adjacent garage is perfect for storing bikes for those on cycling holidays.
