About this apartment rental
This 3.5-room apartment is located on the 5th floor and is easily accessible by elevator. The highlight of the apartment is the newly renovated kitchen (2025), as well as the completely new furnishings. The box-spring beds in the bedrooms are also brand new and of high quality. The bathroom features a bathtub with shower fixture, washbasin, single sink and a toilet. An additional guest WC completes the offer.
The apartment provides a spacious living room with sofa area, television, internet access and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped. Both bedrooms are furnished with single beds, which can also be used as double beds. From the living room as well as from one of the bedrooms, you have access to the cosy winter garden. Despite the urban atmosphere of St. Moritz-Bad, the apartment offers a beautiful view of the Engadin mountain landscape thanks to its location on the 5th floor.
On the ground floor, there is a laundry room, a bicycle storage room and a ski room available for shared use. A parking space in the garage can be rented additionally for CHF 15.00 per day.
The location of the apartment is ideal: within walking distance you will find shopping facilities, restaurants, Lake St. Moritz and the Stazerwald forest. A bus stop is located directly in front of the building. The cross-country ski trail also starts right next to the house. The sports field and the indoor swimming pool can be reached within a 3–5 minute walk. The bus takes you to the Signalbahn valley station in 10-minute intervals.
