I offer you my house, facing south with a beautiful view of the wooded nature, for 6 people maximum, fully air-conditioned with a small salt pool of 5X3 meters and 1.50 deep with a security alarm system.
It is located in the Domaine des Canebières which has a 24-hour security service, two collective swimming pools open from June 1st to September 30th with muscle awakening classes three times a week in July and August, two tennis lessons, a pickelball class, table tennis, an archery range, a bowling alley, a volleyball court, Beach volleyball, handball, a children's playground, a mountain bike course, a fitness trail, a mini-market, a restaurant. Various activities during the summer.
It consists of two bedrooms on the first floor, one with a king size bed of 180X200, the other with a bed 160X200 and an upper floor including a sleeping area with a bed 140X200 and an office area. A bathroom with shower and toilet, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso, Thermomix, Cookeo), open to the living/dining room with sofa, flat screen TV.
A covered terrace with a table and chairs, a separate outdoor toilet, a separate shower cubicle, a separate laundry room.
On the wooded grounds, you will have garden furniture, a king size bed for a nap in the shade, a summer kitchen with sink, bar, plancha and Weber barbecue, three parking spaces.
The interior of the house is non-smoking, linen and towels are provided. Pets are allowed under certain conditions.
