On the ground floor, the living room consists of a large living room with granulated fireplace, a dining room and a library area. The ensemble opens onto the outside, equipped with a garden furniture, a dining area and its two gas barbecues as well as the salt pool (4×9 m, maximum depth 2.5 m). The independent kitchen is fully equipped. At this level there is also a bedroom en suite with king size bed (180×200 cm), dressing room, shower room and toilet, as well as an independent toilet. On the upper floor, a second en suite bedroom, also equipped with a king size bed, offers wardrobe, shower room with toilet and access to a west facing private terrace. On the lower floor, two bedrooms complete the night space: - One bedroom en suite with double bed (140×200 cm), connected TV, dressing room and shower room with toilet - The master bedroom with king size bed, dressing room, shower room and toilet and access to the garden At this level you will also find a gym (elliptic, treadmill, fitness mat, small equipment), a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine, dryer and water point. The outdoor, pleasant and spacious, however, has an important characteristic: a road passes under the property, generating a significant sound level from the garden, compensated by the soothing sound of the fountains that makes the whole more pleasant.
