*Free beach parking is only permitted with our registered golf cart. Parking in an unauthorized spot, resulting in a ticket or being towed, will be at the renter's expense.

- Must be at least 25 to rent property. A driver’s license will be required at the time of booking. You can submit your driver's license through the pre-arrival form, which will be sent immediately after booking. Please note - your reservation will be canceled if the primary guest booking is under the age of 25. You will also receive a link immediately after booking to sign your rental agreement as required by the NC Vacation Rental Act. A digital guidebook with the door code will be sent the day before check-in. Check-in information will not be sent until both the pre-arrival form and the rental agreement are signed. For same-day bookings, the pre-arrival form and rental agreement must be completed before the door code is sent.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Saltwood Haven. The townhouse is beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable and so spacious - perfect for relaxing and spending time together. Every detail was thoughtfully done, and the entire place was immaculate from top to bottom.
The location is fantastic, just a short walking distance to the beach, making it easy to come and go throughout the day. One of our favorite parts of the stay was using the golf cart to ride into town - it added so much fun and convenience and really made the experience feel special.
Everything about Saltwood Haven exceeded our expectations. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful, clean and perfectly located beach getaway.
