About this house rental
Nestled on over two acres in the heart of Colorado Springs, this exquisite mid-century modern home offers an unparalleled vacation experience. Boasting 4,047 square feet of meticulously designed living space, the residence features four spacious bedrooms and three bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 guests.
The space
We have a Baby grand piano that is a player piano where you use a App to play music on it!
Other things to note
We do allow up to 2 Pets/Dogs with pre approval and the $75 Per Pet/Dog Fee Paid. If you bring dogs without paying or bring more dogs than you paid for, then it's a $500 Fine. Please keep all Pets/Dogs off All Furniture and Beds/Linen and pick up all Dog Poop so you do incur extra cleaning and damage fees. Thanks
The Garage and Utility Room and owners closets are locked and alarmed.
It is windy here so dust can accumulate and its pet friendly so there will be pet hair from time to time just the nature of being pet friendly.
Please be aware of your surroundings. We are in the Foothills. We've had Bears in our Front Yard. We've had Deer in our backyard. Or numerous other wild animals.
You might see Moth or Spider or mouse in the house. This is Colorado
We also wanted you to be aware of that you're staying in a Pet Friendly Home even though you're not bringing any dogs etc.
This means you might see a dog hair etc in the home from previous dogs.
Every home is deep cleaned but there may be occasions where there is some pet hair that may have been missed.
