Charming Cleveland Heights home with rustic character and spacious communal areas. Perfect for families, groups, or university visitors, just minutes from Case Western, John Carroll, Cleveland Clinic, and University Circle. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, cozy bedrooms, and a walkable neighborhood near dining, museums, bakeries, and downtown Cleveland.
A quaint Cleveland Heights home. Three bedrooms, all with closets and storage, and a full bathroom on the second floor. Living room with Smart TV, desk with monitor, six-seat dining room, corner covered patio, and spacious kitchen with breakfast bar on the first floor. Three tier deck with outdoor dining set and gas grill in the backyard. Ample parking for a few cars in driveway. Private lawn space behind the garage. Open front lawn with stone patio for lounging.
*If more sleeping space is required, we have additional air mattresses to easily set up in the bedrooms/open spaces. There are three queen mattresses and two air mattresses. At most, 10 people if sharing. Comfortably, with each person getting their own bed, 5 people.*
All areas of the home are available except: 1) basement, as this is where the owner's personal items are stored, 2) one closet in the master bedroom, again where personal items are stored, and 3) garage.
